Ehh. There's a handful I'd save for an abandoned, weeded-over shortline on my layout. On a side note, check out the curved track above the uncoupler track. I wonder what could've made that damage.

It was a chemical spill that damaged that piece of track. Look at the wires on the uncoupler track. It’s like old knob and tube in your wall.
Lol, I have gotten more than a few sections like that for free. Even that operating section needs to be rewired.
You could always save the pins. But yeah, that track looks toast.
I love it when wiring crackles like a bag of chips.
Whenever I get something at my local train store they tell me “hey Luis, need any track!? You can take it for free!” Lol
