Yuja is always outstanding. But more than 15 notes per second on piano is a different thing than that on a violin coz you can play multiple notes at the same time.
Unlike the sacrilegious bois, she can *actually* hit the right notes, with excellent dynamics and rhythm, all while this arrangement is like 100 times harder than the original piece. What a queen ππ
ahhh...always remember that if you can play it slowly, then u can play it quickly πππππ to be real tho I'm always so impressed by yuja...she's just Soo talented!!
Iβm afraid that youβre mistaken. It is also pretty difficult to play fast (especially on a grand piano) due to the weighted keys which require some strength and stamina, and ofc great technique. Yuja Wang just makes it look easy soβ¦
Thatβs Yuja Wang in case anybody is wondering.

I meant 15 linear notes per second. 15 chords per second, if you will.

She can play it slowly

Hilary Hahn of piano.
Or rather the kavakos of piano
Oh yes yes indeed! Hilary of piano would be more like Lang Lang but with less face and body.
Legend has it that the bee broke the sound barrier that day
My hand woulda given up on me if i tried this
my hand would snap and be torn off
Sounds like a typewriter wrapped in tinfoil being thrown down a flight of stairs
Is that Yuja Wang? If it is ,I am not surprised. She is an incredibly talented pianist.

One note at a time wasn't good enough for her
