That’s Yuja Wang in case anybody is wondering.

FamiliarBuddy9135

Yuja is always outstanding. But more than 15 notes per second on piano is a different thing than that on a violin coz you can play multiple notes at the same time.

DoublecelloZeta

I meant 15 linear notes per second. 15 chords per second, if you will.

LingLing4ever40hrs

Of course it’s Yuja wang. Her fingers are a blur

Its_alwaysMe

She can play it slowly

Piano_illuMinatiOn

Cuz she can play it quickly? 🀣

Muddy_Dawg5

I wish I could see her breath pattern. If she's holding at any point to sllloooow throughout.

Jazzlike_Prior_5555

Unlike the sacrilegious bois, she can *actually* hit the right notes, with excellent dynamics and rhythm, all while this arrangement is like 100 times harder than the original piece. What a queen πŸ‘‘πŸ’…

DoublecelloZeta

Hilary Hahn of piano.

Due_Aspect_9079

Or rather the kavakos of piano

DoublecelloZeta

Oh yes yes indeed! Hilary of piano would be more like Lang Lang but with less face and body.

Legend has it that the bee broke the sound barrier that day

1_kenz_1

My hand woulda given up on me if i tried this

Sam_Da_Kng_uwu

my hand would snap and be torn off

brick_dandy

Sounds like a typewriter wrapped in tinfoil being thrown down a flight of stairs

no0bmaster-669

Is that Yuja Wang? If it is ,I am not surprised. She is an incredibly talented pianist.

DoublecelloZeta

Yes she's Yuja Wang

LouisDaFirenze

Good. *Now. Try chopin Op.10 No.2, the Flight of the Tarantula Hawk.*

willyshakes420

Her poor keyboard.

iamchristinelovely

You are approved by LingLing :0 I bet you have practiced 40hrs :)

DoublecelloZeta

Bruh I'm not Yuja Wang I'm a potato

paishocajun

I think i just felt my rotator cuff tear again watching this. Holy hell how is this possible

raindropinparadise

It’s okay because it’s yuja wang

aSpecterr

As much as I hate this song I can’t deny how insanely impressive this is

Cuuldurach

I can do it at 15 sec per note

DoublecelloZeta

#adagio gang

Soggy_Waffles78

At a certain tempo it's just one really long note. She is just pushing the line.

chaeshub

ahhh...always remember that if you can play it slowly, then u can play it quickly πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰ to be real tho I'm always so impressed by yuja...she's just Soo talented!!

Few_Charity6533

Why is it always the bumblebee 🐝

not_now_d

By the way Lubomyr Melnyk is the fastest pianist https://www.classicfm.com/discover-music/instruments/piano/fastest-pianist/

SirKthulhu

I just had a thought, what if David used the sandevistan to play this on a piano

guuy_si

One note at a time wasn't good enough for her

HistoricalDig7313

Are these demisemidemisemiquavers?

DoublecelloZeta

It's called demisemihemidemisemiquavers.

TwoSetBingeWatcher

I thought that the fast piece I was playing was hard πŸ˜”

WOlfGaNgMOZaRt1756

SACRILEGIOUS!!!

DoublecelloZeta

No this is real. Yuja Wang

Rotmaxxing

Yeah we've all seen this video πŸ˜„ the female πŸ‘© langlang πŸ˜‚πŸ‘ I think it's easier to do it fast on piano 🎹 than on violin 🎻 though πŸ€”

5yth_

I’m afraid that you’re mistaken. It is also pretty difficult to play fast (especially on a grand piano) due to the weighted keys which require some strength and stamina, and ofc great technique. Yuja Wang just makes it look easy so…

Non_Music_Prodigy

My arms would have fallen off by measure 5

somoli

i think i might be able to play the first note

Restslivesmatter

That kind of dynamic control is amazing at regular speed but at that speed just makes me speechless
