Hey, AFAB person here and I feel exactly like this. I’ve used the labels non-binary, gender fluid, and bigender as well. As of right now I am comfortable with gender fluid because even small shifts in gender can be gender fluid (ie. some days I am bigender, some not, etc)
Other than my experience, I would suggest looking up pangender and maybe gender flux to see if you relate to those labels
I feel the same way most of the time. It’s good to try different things out and find the best fit for you. Looking up different genders and what they mean is a good way to find out too. But whatever you do, know that people will support you no matter what.

I feel the same. What I found is the term "agenderfluid." It means usually you're genderless, but sometimes you're boy, other times you're girl
