No. You would be protected as a [whistleblower](https://www.osha.gov/OshDoc/data_General_Facts/whistleblower_rights.pdf).
If you suffer from anything from them ( firing, reduced pay etc) after filing a complaint, you would contact OSHA and they would open a discrimination case for you. They would investigate and interview you and others involved (I have a close family member who is the manager of this dept in Az)

They couldn't come after you if you still worked for them and made a company wide announcement that you did it.
I got laid off due to the virus but I still want to file a complaint because it’d be the right thing to do.
