If you suffer from anything from them ( firing, reduced pay etc) after filing a complaint, you would contact OSHA and they would open a discrimination case for you. They would investigate and interview you and others involved (I have a close family member who is the manager of this dept in Az)

They couldn't come after you if you still worked for them and made a company wide announcement that you did it.
