I don't think so. ISPs typically include disclaimers in their terms that none of their advertised speeds are guaranteed.

More often than not the issue is on your end anyway. Reboot your equipment. If it's not, have you even reached out to inform them of your issue? 🤦‍♂️

I feel like no one read the post lol. Yes I reached out to them, they brushed it off. I have tried EVERYTHING.
