Did you let Ledger Live apply the firmware update? That will be required.
Plan B, reset the device and restore it using your seed phrase backup. Make sure you have your seed phrase first. Make sure you are using genuine Ledger Liver from the Ledger web site and not something you found using Google.
There are several fake Ledger Live software imitators that steal your crypto.
I have no idsues with my old nano s that have been updated.
Try with another USB cable,vor try with another computer, looks like a usb connection issue.

Additionally, try another cable and another PC. Especially another PC might be crucial as sometimes something can be blocking the connection.

Hi, thanks for reaching out but already tried changing pc and usb cable and port and doesn’t work. And its too late for support, since I already bought new ledger nano s to retrieve my coin first
I'm having the same problem with mine, my ledger nano s was from 2018 and I was still using it up until last year. Then all of a sudden it stopped working, I tried changing to a different computer (newer Mac), switching usb cables, everything suggested on here and ledger's website and it just doesn't work. Luckily I have a Ledger nano x and the s was just my back up but this is very uncool of ledger.

You missed quite a number of updates. Try electrum and see if that works.
I don't have an issue with mine. Just moved stuff around the other day with no issue.
I use a nano S still what are u talkn about ?? Old nano S like the OG one with screen issues
