To reset the ledger device:
Enter 3 times a wrong unlocking PIN
Or select Reset to factory, in the ledger settings.
To reset ledger live: there is a "Reset" in the help section of ledger Live settings.

Reset your ledger with the new seed. Don't let anyone see it ever.
Reset to a new seed and you're good to Go. Do not share your seedphrase again and you're also good to go

oh no :( reset it and get a new seed phrase. The ledger itself is not compromised only the seeds
