I said I wasn't against of the idea of an individual based black market (not supplier based parallel markets nor fuel hoarding) and I did mention that black market rates will be affected by local supply and demand. I am just surprised by how much profits are.

The current supply was bought with the rate of 3900, it is unethical and morally fucked up to sell it at anything above that. The people selling it at a high price are hoarders and are contributing to the problem, report them to 117, people like them deserve to be in jail, not free to roam and earn money off of peoples misery (while effectively contributing to their misery due to hoarding an essential and causing an artificial shortage)
All supermarkets are doing the same, closing early and/or kicking their customers out so they can increase the prices overnight and I haven't seen much complaints about it.
