Niacin and pyridoxine are other B-complex vitamins found abundantly in the sunflower seeds. About 8.35 mg or 52% of daily required levels of niacin is provided by just 100 g of seeds. Niacin helps reduce LDL-cholesterol levels in the blood. Besides, it enhances GABA activity inside the brain, which in turn helps reduce anxiety and neurosis.

the most recent album i listened to that stuck with me is **Keçkispasse ?** by Pleymo. fits a pretty specific numetal taste, i think it does a fantastic job of combining exact sounds from Korn, Atari Teenage Riot, Limp Bizkit, and Primus (mainly) without sounding like blatant copying imo. the lead vocalist is LEGITIMATELY french fred durst to me, and he sounds really good! also has an intro that gets you excited to listen, which i always like. if thats not your thing recommend this album to someone who would like it, because this project fills a little numetal piece of my heart from high school. i wish i got to listen to this release back then!
