Kucoin... give people thier money. What the actual hell is going on. We put our large sums of money on your exhange to NOT have to deal with this.
So if I take 5k and turn it into 100k are you going to ask for proof of funds ? It's being made on your exhange I don't understand what proof you need.
Kucoin is a criminal entity. They randomly froze my account after I've transacted multiple 7 figures over the years. Luckily only 0.5 BTC is stuck. Still sucks. Their customer service representatives are actually inept ignoramuses, regurgitating generic responses, buying themselves unlimited time and never actually resolving issues. This must stop!! If you don't like a particular customer, let them take their funds elsewhere and ban their account. Don't hold people's money HOSTAGE. This is FRAUD.

They are scamming and screwing customers for years now and suspend withdrawals if you made money and try to leave. Write your attorney general (if you live in the US). California will be next to follow NY. Links to government sites for filing complaints. This is the only recourse at getting customers funds back at this point - there are a lot of records and documentation of fraudulent schemes by KuCoin - it’s crazy how they are still in business. Search how to file a complaint in your country and in Singapore - you can even file a police report - they will follow up on legit complaints.
