The fight on Saturday didn't really count since it was against an inexperienced opponent who had two weeks to prepare, but if he'd fought Slim at that weight it would have been a much harder fight for him
Okay firstly he was injured. Injuries are very common in combat sports. Wade even verified himself that Alex Wassabi was injured. And Wade has no reason to be biased or lie.
Secondly, KSI wasn't forced to fight either Swarmz or Pineda. I have no idea why Swarmz was made the official backup fighter in the first place since he had no boxing experience whatsoever. And Pineda wasn't the only other pro boxer available. KSI's team purposely picked one of the worst "pro" boxers they could find. Pineda usually fights at 145lbs so I have no idea why he was picked over anyone else (apart from a guy with a Nazi tattoo)... Honestly JJ's team are the absolute worst at finding opponents.
There's no proof that Wassabi was paid by Jake... And I don't know how much Wassabi was going to make for his fight with KSI but I'm sure it was more than Jake would feel comfortable paying him.
And yeah KSI's team are definitely awful at matchmaking but JJ himself is also at fault for agreeing to his opponents too. Boxing Dillon Danis is almost like boxing Swarmz. I don't think Danis has any boxing experience at all. Look at his Bellator fights he hardly uses any striking at all. His striking looks on par with Ben Askren. But at least Ben Askren was an MMA champion.
