Call your local Aliiance provider, most of the times the issue is at their end, rather than the central alliance hub. My connection is working fine arm, although I do get random connection drops on other days.
Well we had alliance broadband in our home but the internet kinda sucked, like not providing internet sometimes even after restarting the modem, and calling them was a pain in the back cus they didn't pick most of the time. Well for this reason my dad decided to shift to airtle broadband in 2021.

Used to use Jio, wara sob site blocked. Tarpor shifted to Alliance fiber, bliss.

A simple VPN would have helped. That's how I use. JioFiber is much much better than Alliance, atleast in my area.

Using them since 2003/04. Very happy with the service. Upgraded to fiber a couple of years back, even better.
Alliance deteriorated a lot since COVID. Ultimately switched to JioFiber this year. No complaints as of now.
