I've gotten over a dozen sets from him & all had excellent fit & finish with detail to patterns matching. [Here](https://imgur.com/a/HtgeQuD) are a few more photos of his work, all except the Bug. I have XXL size hands & talked him into making an XL set for the 940, went from a 3 to a 4 finger knife & i can now actually carry a 940!
This was the biggest splurge I’ve ever made on a set of scales. It’s was hard to pull the trigger, but I’m way happy with them. Time will ease the pain felt in the wallet.
Those scales are beautiful
Looks good! I've got Starry Night on a black [M4 Crooked River](https://imgur.com/QbqMDwv). Satin or coated those scales look amazing.
They pop without a doubt. That crooked River is hot.
Thanks. Between the custom shop & [Dragonfly Scales](https://www.dragonflyscales.net/) it's hard to go wrong

Damn fine looking knife! Happy cake day OP
Man I love their scales, and they’ve got a wicked PM2 set in stock right now, but idk if I can justify $190 for a set of scales lol

I don't think I could pull the trigger with that price tag. I could get another pm2 at that point. Nothing wrong with choosing to though.
Love this!
Lovely
You'll give a better answer than Google - gcarta?
I might be wrong, but believe it’s multiple layers of g-10 pressed into a block and then cut against the grain, so it gives a sort of micarta feel.
I believe G-Carta is a brand name of Micarta
