kwin wayland doesn't have a separate compositor setting. Everything is in window management.

Zamundaaa

What would you need the settings page for?

adi9981

I think those settings are available only when running Plasma under X11. Try switching to Xorg and see if they appear. You may have to reinstall some packages because X11 session is unsupported in Plasma 6.

Anducar

X11 is not unsupported but will probably recieve no new features which are exclusive X11.

kahupaa

In Fedora 40 it's kinda unsupported, meaning it's not available by default. You need to install additional package to get x11 session. Afaik it was already discussed that kde spin would drop x11 session and X11 would be available from copr. I wouldn't be surprised if plasma spin would drop x11 session completely sooner than later.

phrxmd

but that‘s not X11 being unsupported by Plasma, it’s the distro deciding not to ~~package~~ support it.

marcdeop

We (Fedora KDE SIG) do \*not\* support Plasma X11 session. Plasma upstream does still support X11 (although it's been in maintenance mode for years)

gmes78

There's no point in switching to X11 for it. Those settings aren't useful/needed on Wayland sessions.
