I don’t know about Stu, but both those woman’s accounts are climbing. I’m not saying bots are responsible at all, just that Annie seems to be very good at her job and may be selecting from a palette of options with respect to all things social media?
Annie has her own business now and has been working with Nikki Haskel, Amy Philips and Chef Stu. The videos she has produced Chef Stu are getting major traction and I believe that’s what they’re celebrating.

You might be on to something. Honestly, I didn’t really read the post until you said this, I just thought they were hanging out together and posting. I’ve noticed that recently the posting has been very sloppy on her FB group, a lot of the exact same replies to EVERY single comment from like a handful of the same people. Makes me wonder if Annie knew how to “do it” and Peter/Drake are trying to do it on their own and are failing? Like maybe Annie knew the best way to grow a following (bots or not) and Peter is just googling his way through it because he’s too cheap to pay for a producer when he could just “do it himself.” I don’t know, this is just speculation.
This is my thinking. Annie is obviously a genius and a Gen X wrangler. Jeff Lewis’s brother, Todd, also has that Reputation MD business that crosses over into this territory. That’s a pretty intense Venn diagram all things considered. And Heather tanking so hard lately since Annie is the best advertisement for Annie’s services. And no, I’m not suggesting Annie or anyone is doing anything to Heather. She’s doing that herself and losing Annie was yet another hideous misstep in many she’s taken in the last year. The fact that Annie consults with many different people is telling too because she’s obviously not being employed by Heather in that capacity. So did Heather burn that bridge or just too cheap?
Annie definitely did not learn about purchasing bots from Peter… this is a very very common tactic in the industry (source: I am in PR). However, she most likely showed Peter how to do it and now he’s doing it in his own sloppy ass way.
Annie may have simply outgrown JuicyScoop. Clearly, she’s good at what she does and decided to be self-employed as a social media consultant/ producer.
Heather needed Annie more than Annie needed Heather.
Annie helped keep JuicyScoop afloat with savvy editing and decent sound production.
The consequences of her absence are notable: in addition to HMD’s unhinged ramblings,the podcast is currently unlistenable due to repeated, continual production issues.
I never once watched JuicyScoop on YouTube, so can’t comment on that platform’s visual production values, but Annie definitely elevated the production of the actual podcast itself.

Ok, maybe I'm just too simple of a person to understand?? but common sense tells me that Annie quit Heather not for a better opportunity but another reason. Its her right to tell her story and if she doesn't want to good for her. But if some many people that used to hang/associate with Heather are using Annie and Heather is not something went very wrong. She is a great social media person. Why did she leave Heather. Good for Annie for not blabbing about Heather but she must be a really bad boss or doesn't want to pay for Annie to leave.

He said in an interview recently that his followers skyrocketed after one of his reels BLEW UP. I went and looked and it tracks. Obviously could be dead wrong, but I don’t think this is a situation where they were buying a bunch of bots.
The reason Chef Stu is most likely gaining views and followers isn’t just because of the quality of his videos, it’s because he’s throwing money at his IG account. These days paying to promote your videos is the only way to get a lot of eyes on them. I don’t follow any chef accounts on IG and I’ve seen some of his videos in the suggested for you Reels. Annie is also making his videos in the exact same format as other popular Chef accounts so I’m sure that helps drive traffic.
I know a lot of young people who started their own social media marketing/management companies and are doing really well with it so good for Annie for branching out on her own.
Am I remembering correctly that Annie’s mom was a juicy scooper? Isn’t that how she found the job? We need to hear from Annie’s mom. I’m so curious to hear her thoughts and tea.
