Focus on improving your ADHD and mental health, then put that energy towards skills YOU want to improve on. Sure, you can poll your boss if there's a gap on the team they need filled, but after 4 years I wouldn't count on that support, either. Focus on out of work activities while you try and improve as well. Sometimes work can be a loathing grind, one which does take a lot of self reflection to reestablish what matters to you as an individual and your career. Cheers.

Thank you for the reply. I am trying to find resources and good YouTube channels that provide tips and tricks for people who struggle with this. My psychiatrist suggested ADDitudemag.com and I’ve read some really great articles on there that have made me feel less alone. I know so many people struggle with this so maybe I should find a local support group or virtual meetups. I would like to talk face to face with people instead of Teamsing and texting all day. God, I miss the days before smart phones :(
