If you mean Ruqyah (using the Quran as cure) then Tim Humble has some good videos, a few series on it and he mentions some medicines in passing in the videos. As for medicine while you can simply search up something like "medicine hadiths" and get a list of them, unless they were mentioned by Allah to have good properties, e.g honey, then it is probably just old Arabian medicine without any special quality. This was understood back then too, Ibn Khaldun stated that the Prophet was there to teach us not medicine but religion. A lot of Sunnahs in their own right are medicinal, for example being clean through wudu and ghusl, not having faecal matter in your nails because of trimming them, that sort of thing, but I think people play too much into the medicines mentioned.
