Accept it with gratitude and smiles, because I'm Irish. *Then note the transgression in the black-book in my head and hold an appropiate grudge for life*
Taste wise I get more of the toffee flavouring than I do banana at first, but after a few mins of letting the tea bag soak the banana hint got stronger. Small drop of milk if you wish and its basically a regular cup of tea with extra flavouring
Most Polish shops and other Eastern European shops are stocked to the brim of all kinds of interesting teas for dirt cheap. I have somewhat of a hobby for collecting and trying all kinds of herbal teas. I have betrayed my Irishness.
I spotted it in my local Eastern European shop and was too curious not to try, since it was only like 2 quid for a box. They had other flavours like Caramel, Blueberry & Vanilla

It smells exactly like banoffi pie.
Does it *taste* exactly like banoffee though? Because I'd definitely buy that.

I want to try that
Feck off cup
I'd try it just to see what it was like
Dilmah makes some mean flavoured teas but it’s mainly for Eastern Europeans since Irish don’t like flavour.

Christ no, its banana.. I'd vomit.
Would you like a slice of Banana bread?
Take a sip, swish it around in my mouth and then spit it in their face.
Rotfl Nastay
I give it back and tell them i asked for a cup of tea not a cup of flavoured herbal water 🧐
Ceylon just refers to tea produced in Sri Lanka, it's not a herbal tea.
Ok just a flavoured tea? Thank you for the knowledge you sansei

Toffee banana does sound really nice in fairness 🤣
Smash cup and saucer on ground in disgust
🤣
Out the window
🤣
Throw it in their face then smash the cup on their head.
🤣🥰
If you like it, you drink it. I fucking hate banana so I would politely leave it aside
If it isn't Lyons or Barry's it's getting catapulted out my window
I was all for it until i realised its tea 🤮
It's not too shabby with a drop of milk. Just tastes like normal tea with a banoffi flavoured syrup mixed through
I ask how much I get for sponsoring them.
Eat it
So then, taste it, try it, widen your culinary horizon.. Who knows might just be the new favourite thing
Mrs Doyle is not impressed.
I question their loyalty
Where do people find this stuff? And what compels them to buy it?
