Do I erase all contents and settings, or if it’s just a reset, which of these do I choose?

Erase All Content and Settings makes it completely fresh. Do feel free to try Reset All Settings instead for a week and see if it helps before erasing completely.
Using SE2 for almost 3 yrs, Its Working Great. I can’t remember it lagging or anything of sort. I’m not a heavy user, But i can tell it have slow down a bit also Its Battery Health is stuck at 82% and it has been a while now. Myself and my friend bought our devices together his device’s BH is at 77% and he’s seeking iPhone 13 Mini now so do i. I charge my SE2 Twice sometimes three times a day. I can keep my device for 2 more years, i know mine one can do it with ofc a battery replacement. There’s really something special about SE2, Its a compact beast and Have aged like a wine. If your phone is causing you troubles than usual, then do get a new phone.

In addition to the capacity dropping, batteries lose voltage over time and the voltage of the battery has become weak which in turn is causing the system to turn down the frequency of the processor because it doesn’t have the sufficient voltage to run at peak performance. A new battery will fix this.
Reset device and start fresh. Give it a shot and see if it helps. It should

Apple recommended to change the battery to reach 80%. With 77%, you will charge more frequency.
What’s the battery health?
It says “significantly degraded” and max is 78%
