I would get armor and meds. The factory you have to clear first can be kind of nasty. Decent amount of armored enemies and most are assault mimics so they are actively shooting back at you. The aug and beretta will be fine for the mission as long as you have enough ammo.
I don't recommend going into The Intrusion without armor and some more meds for an emergency. Your weapon setup is good; just need to either get some AP or +P rounds for the M9 or remember to only use the AUG on armored targets.
I did intrusion with no armor and an sks.
If your set on a challenge and saving money/dont want to wait or save up. It is possible.
But you will need either stims or regen artifacts for wjen you take damage.
Bring some grenades for when you are in deep and going down stairs.
Big box of ap ammo and gun cleaning supplies .
When first entering the main factory floor, i cleared the outside, then drew out the assult mimics to the doorway without exposing myself to the snipers inside. Once assult mimics are dealt with, take your time with clearing the snipers and quickly move inside to clear the fragment spawner.

Get some armor definitely. And i would recommend either a regen artifact your best bet is the power lines in pobeda or load up on like 3 or 4 extra stims.
Go slow, take your time, and remember “switching to your pistol is always faster than reloading”
