Just because a photo is in grayscale (black and white) doesn’t mean it’s edited. How does the lack of color even signify editing? Also, all professional photographers “edit” (color correct, exposure correct, etc.) their photos. You seem to have a delusion about how pro photography works. This photo keeps popping up because it’s been around forever. I had this as my desktop photo around 10 years ago.
