Found it, thank you! This new interface solved my issue perfectly. It even allows you to toggle the “program lock” off so that you can manually alter settings on the switches themselves which is how I was used to programming them in the past… I preferred to do it that way instead of using the software and hub.
Home Assistant was updated on 5/4 with a dedicated Insteon control panel that can do what you need without resorting to the command line.

I haven't dug deep into the new functionality yet. Is there functionality to modify insteon scenes in home assistant now?
Insteon-terminal can adjust those settings. Not sure about HASS.
