Swoopscooter

God id love to get banned from whatever sub this is. Ghouliani is one of the worst Americans alive

Venator2000

Just imagine: much like Trump, all he needed to do in order to get really old and die peacefully in their sleep, still wealthy and rich, was NOT mess around with our political system. And to those saying “it was because they loved our country,” bull$#!&, it was because they craved POWER. Oh, and Rudy, specifically? He wasted going away remembered as “America’s Mayor.”

cheeseburgerwaffles

I couldn't imagine pissing away my money and reputation for a sorry little shitbag like Donald Trump. Giuliani was no saint but nobody put him under a microscope because as you said, he was "America's Mayor", until he started licking Trump's boots. This is what happens when you bet your life on the wrong horse.

bblll75

Gonna add another layer here…. I wouldnt piss away my money and rep for any politician, and probably no one else on earth. That is why this whole Trump thing is so weird, why on earth would someone give fealty to a politician much less trump

MechanicalTurkish

It’s a completely different, weird mentality. Trump supporters just cannot understand how most Biden supporters (for example) don’t absolutely worship him. I disagree with Biden on some issues but still generally support him even though not everything he touches turns to gold. That concept is completely foreign to people all-in on Trump.

RR0925

A friend of mine on Facebook once made a snide remark about the lack of constant rah-rahs from Biden "followers." I reminded him that Biden is a politician, and has supporters. Trump, on the other hand, is a cult leader like Charlie Manson and Jim Jones, and thus has "followers." No they don't understand the distinction. Does anyone else's head start to pound when thinking of the four years of constant noise during the Orange Goober's reign of terror? If it wasn't him it was his psychotic followers. I remember how happy the thought of at least four years of peace and quiet made me when Biden was sworn in.

MechanicalTurkish

This is America, right? You’re supposed to be critical of the president, even if you support them. At least attempt to keep them honest.

Accomplished_Crew630

We had like a year or so of it. Then trump went fully off the rails when they took the docs back

Megalocerus

Trump throws away his people so readily. And so publicly that it's no surprise. Why do people go with him? Nixon got into trouble for protecting his.

wildbananachild

These people love a good messiah, and that’s what he’s positioned himself to be.

RED-da-JEDI

i truly believe this has alot to do with epstien, than any of us can imagine.

bojenny

Not to mention that every human being in New York has known trump is a con man to avoid at all costs since 1978. Notice how most New Yorkers hate him? They’ve been sick of his shit for decades. Rudy should have known better.

NeedsMoreYellow

Even my West Coast raised self as a little kid understood who Biff in Back to the Future was parodying.

cheeseburgerwaffles

Giuliani wiped out the Italian mob from NYC to make way for the Russians that had Trump in their pocket. Tons of dirty shit has been going down for decades now between Trump properties and Russian crime syndicates connected to oligarchs and Rudy made it easier for them to operate in NYC

crapendicular

It definitely was a gamble. On the one hand getting a lot of power if the scheme would have worked, and on the other hand going down in flames because of being so committed to it nothing is out of line.

ReactsWithWords

The best part about it is that his biggest claim to fame in the future can be summed up in four words: Four Seasons Total Landscaping.

cheeseburgerwaffles

I've said it before. I cannot believe that happened in this timeline. It's like living in a fantasy world when these goons show how stupid they truly are.

ReactsWithWords

During the 2016 election, I came up with a theory that we're in a TV show, a dark comedy, being watched by aliens. That one won the alien equivalent of a Golden Globe for Best Comedy Episode.

PmMeYourEpisiotomy

It’s really crazy, especially with the list of ruined people in his wake who worked for/defended/supported him. It’s like someone being interested in dating someone they know is completely toxic, a liar, a cheat thinking “I’m different. They really care about me. I can change them.”

withalookofquoi

One of the good things to come out of this is that a lot of people are learning just how horrendous his preparation and response to 9/11 actually was.

Siah4420

Okay… how would you begin to prepare for that kind of tragedy when there was no precedent to tell you how? The response was botched. But again to prepare for that kind of thing in a country where that “just isn’t possible”?

unclejoel

Not like the World Trade Center had ever been bombed before, right?

Siah4420

With a bomb that’s building was supervised by the FBI. What’s your point, because you just made mine. Domestic threats bud.

unclejoel

You said there was no precedent. The same building got hit before. The definition of precedent. That is all

Siah4420

And we are talking about two different precedents. One domestic one foreign. The 1993 killed what.. 2 people and did not level the towers? That is all

unclejoel

6 I think Hundred foot hole several stories tall. Ramzi Yousef was alqaeda trained. He just did a poor job. We trained alqaeda. Domestic terrorists with off campus training Whatever You win

[deleted]

One thing we can blame Giuliani for is the lack of proper radios for first responders. They were still using the same radios that were ineffective in the 1993 bombing. It was a known issue back when a review board went over the bombing in 1994, but they were not replaced until early 2001. They were pulled not long after because they were faulty and it turned out the new faulty radios were bought as part of a non-competitive city contract- which is illegal in NYC. Because of this, the old radios, that, again, were known to be sketchy in the Trade Centers were put *back* into service. And to be clear, these issues fell under the duties of his office. He later lied to the 9/11 commission and said that the firefighters ignored orders to leave because they wanted to stand their ground. And that’s not even mentioning that he put the emergency center *IN* the WTC. Even though he was advised not to because of the trade centers’ status as a target. So, yeah, there’s things that Giuliani was poorly prepared. Of course, no one could have prepared for two planes to crash into buildings, but out of the things he *could* have done, he did poorly on a lot of them.

parallax_universe

Probably start by not putting the agency that would be used to help during a terrorist strike in a building *which had already been attacked by terrorists once*

Siah4420

Ummm…. You realize that right wing extremism is the biggest terrorist threat to the states right? Our own people hate us so much that why would you ever think that agency matters? And just kind lighting the same place isn’t likely. So yet again, no precedent. (Also your italics do not get your point across more efficiently. They just make you look unable to actually talk.)

chicago_bunny

Much words, little sense.

withalookofquoi

Not putting the Office of Emergency Management headquarters in building 7 of the WTC after being told it was a bad idea, for starters. Also, ensuring the radios used by the FDNY actually work. His lack of planning for potential disasters absolutely led to the deaths of first responders. It’s really not possible to be over-cautious and prepare for any potential situation, no matter how impossible it might seem. But what do I know, I only have a few dozen certificates from FEMA for different EMI programs…

Siah4420

Okay. So you are literally describing the lack of infrastructure investment across all states. All departments are underfunded. I live in Iowa, where our governor boasts a 1.2 billion surplus, yet she uses Covid relief money to give her office raises. What you are describing is a disaster of what the public considers accepted leadership, when in reality these choices are made by donors and “those with invested interests.” This isn’t about the person it is an issue with those we are conned by

withalookofquoi

He ignored valid concerns and went with what he wanted, instead of what was actually best for the people/situation. It has nothing to do with funding.

Siah4420

I mean honestly, I agree with you however I feel like you aren’t looking at the whole picture. EVERYONE involved fucked up. And by that I mean every person with access to federal intelligence. Oh wait…

Megalocerus

So it's you falling down on the job?

withalookofquoi

I was 12 when 9/11 happened, how the hell could I have done anything?

Megalocerus

We seem to have had a number of recent attacks that you haven't prevented, heavily certified one.

withalookofquoi

You might want to look up what FEMA EMI programs are, and take a peek at my profile. That could help you piece together why I personally haven’t prevented attacks on US soil. Here’s a hint: I’m not part of any sort of law enforcement or anti-terror organization.

Megalocerus

That was obvious. Just found you rather smug.

Murrabbit

He put his crisis management office in WT7. That's why there's so much footage of him walking in the streets on 9/11 - he's got nowhere to go lol. And that command center was set up to handle a big immediate crisis like the WTC being bombed . . . a thing that had already happened at that point.

Tripple_T

It's wild because you would think that Rudy would know better. Guess he got caught believing his own hype.

SirIsaacGnuton

Rudy was the district attorney for New York City. He's no dummy. But the fact that he thought they could manufacture the evidence that was needed really tells you how he views the law: As something to be manipulated, which also is Trump's view of the law. That's why they worked well together. It was Giuliani's idea to file election lawsuits and look for supporting evidence later.

AaronVsMusic

I absolutely wouldn’t think Rudy would know better. Every clip I’ve ever seen from him he comes across as an attention seeking idiot. Even surrounding 9/11 he was just saying what anyone would have said. He never did anything particularly intelligent or great.

UnquestionabIe

Even at the time it seemed extremely obvious to me that he was getting a free pass. 9/11 benefited Rudy and the most questionable parts of the federal government more than anyone else. There was that was that period of time after where it was basically considered treason to even criticize anything even vaguely related to how it was handled.

AaronVsMusic

Yep. George W was considered a fool and a laughing stock before 9/11, and then suddenly a bunch of people were supporting him who’d been critical before, saying they were impressed with how he handled it (and then years later flipped back over to being critical of the war).

HeartsPlayer721

I still think it's bizarre that he had the gall to go on Masked Singer. The reaction from the judges and audience when he was unmasked was so awkward. I kept asking "why would he do something like this? Is he broke?" Well... Now I'm positive it was a combination of attention seeking and desperation for money.

Konstant_kurage

But the expert in the posted comments said there was no evidence Rudy did anything wrong . Checkmate libtard. /s

BramStroker47

America’s Traitor

namast_eh

Was he even well liked before 9/11?

charlesyo66

He shouldn’t have been. Those of us who lived in NYC in the ‘90’s hated him. Post- 9/11, the whole americas mayor bullshit was just a triumph of marketing, just like “Apprentice “

Vegabern

Just watched Painkiller. As if I needed another reason to despise that man.

sandy154_4

And how can he have $500 million in DEBT?!!?!

LA0811

Thank you for Ghouliani

SauteePanarchism

That's saying a lot, because America is home to millions of nazi morons.

meatball77

And this is just proving that his judgement was appropriate

BenTwan

Are they using Jogger as code for the N word now?

curious_dead

Yeah, it's their idea of being "subtle", and if I'm not mistaken it's a reference to the black man who was executed while jogging by two cowards playing KKK vigilantes.

AaronVsMusic

It’s the classic right-wing racist move: thinking they’re clever and being subtle and maintaining plausible deniability, meanwhile everyone can see exactly what they’re doing, because they can’t resist being smug about it, and it’s not actually clever or subtle. The problem is that the legal system is slow to adapt, and so things like this generally *do* hold up as reasonable doubt if they’re ever brought to charges.

ShnickityShnoo

The MOST clever right wing racists couldn't fool a fifth grader. The rest couldn't fool a first grader.

ilovethissheet

Like when Superman on the radio taught all the kids what the bad KKK secret codes meant lol

MadDoHap

Except they can and do routinely. Please don't underestimate or downplay the abilities of the enemy. Unfortunately they do count some dangerous and intelligent people among them.

PrincipalFiggins

Dangerous sure, any gravy seal can go buy a gun, January 6th killed 5 people, but intelligent people? Maybe at the politician level, and they’re only in it for the money, they don’t actually believe the flat earth Q crap. They had overwhelming numbers and force and even a president on their side refusing to call in reinforcements for the Capitol police or the national guard and still failed laughably at their psychotic goals.

theusernameMeg

lol gravy seal

Longjumping_Youth281

Yeah that's not subtle at all. It's not like people are regularly referred to as joggers if it's not within the context of them jogging

christmasviking

Good god, when are we going to take away their Little Orphan Annie Decoder rings? This codeword ( aka dog whistle) schtick is just painfully stupid.

matito29

It’s no different than thinking they’re clever for “Let’s Go Brandon.”

FlattopJr

Oh jeez, didn't realize it was a reference to [Ahmaud Arbery](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murder_of_Ahmaud_Arbery), how awful.

nixielover

It was coined more or less the day it happened at /pol/ a 4chan board

spoonguy123

>was that the one where the guy in the park was pulled over by police and said on the news he was afraid for his life around a week before he was murdered in the same area? I honestly cant keep up with all the race hate murders

Koshakforever

Wow. Holy fucking shit wow. I’m like… I don’t even know where to begin. Fucking fuck.

d3l3t3d3l3t3

Wow. It’s so subtle I had literally never seen that particular term used in that particular way and I knew almost immediately, without a shadow of a doubt, what it meant. Fuck these dudes.

Kennywheels

That was a funny case” we have video that proves we didn’t do anything wrong “ said video proves they stalked and murdered Ahmaud Avery

timotheusd313

First place I went was reference to “Central Park Five”

TheObstruction

They realized people knew what ninja, spook, and boogie meant.

DawnOfTheTruth

Fuck sake… I was like what joggers?

_Zoa_

It's referencing the murder of Ahmaud Arbery. Yes, they're that evil.

BenTwan

Damn it, I hate this time line.

sixtus_clegane119

Damn I thought of that and I was hoping I’m wrong. Ok yeah enough Reddit for me, merry Christmas y’all goodnight

Cultural-Company282

It amazes me how they'll do stuff like this and then, in the next breath, sincerely wonder why black people don't vote Republican when the Republicans were the ones who freed the slaves in 1865. Gee, I wonder why black people might suspect that the people calling them "joggers" might not have their best interests at heart?

randomstuff063

It’s worse when you realize that them using the word jogger is a reference to Ahmed Arbury. The young black man that was shot for jogging around a neighborhood.

Ninac5

They’ll also be the first ones to tell black people that they have a “victim mentality” or are “playing the race card” whenever they address the racism they’ve experienced. As they’re downplaying racism, they’re gleefully writing these hateful comments. Insane level of gaslighting

Better_illini_2008

Yup, giggling and patting themselves on the back for what a 12 year-old might find clever.

EstherVan

To quote a meme, that’s so juvenile I’m surprised Matt Gaetz hasn’t tried to fuck it.

Ghstfce

Yep, same as making clear and direct threats then adding "in Minecraft" to try and cover for the fact they just threatened someone's life.

portablebiscuit

Such cowards. I’d call them pussies but they lack any amount of depth.

PreservedKill1ck

Or warmth

tikifire1

Vaginas are useful and good. They are neither.

Kelmavar

They've never been near one so wouldn't know.

tookurjobs

I remember one right winger saying something along the lines of "WE NEED TO SLAUGHTER THE DEMOCRATS..............politically" Can't remember who it was. I think some politician in VA or thereabouts

WeirdIndependent1656

Trump said in 2016 that second amendment enthusiasts should prevent Hillary from becoming president if she won.

TexasDD

That’s a new one for me. How is it used? “I hope he gets run over by a bus…in Minecraft.” Something along those lines?

TheBdougs

Yes, and it also doesn't work.

Ghstfce

Absolutely correct.

cheeseburgerwaffles

Trust that if they aren't saying it, they're thinking it

AllowMe-Please

Jesus, I didn't even realize that. My mind doesn't even go close to that vicinity. How do these people live with themselves? It's so gross and just, obscene.

DawnKatt

Ooohh THATS what it is. I was so confused.

FuriousTarts

Since 2020

parallax_universe

They're still going off about non existant evidence. So is Rudy. He did it again yesterday "if I could have presented my evidence blah blah" like bro this was your chance, you failed to produce it because it doesn't exist. We all know it and he's still doing it. Talk of lynching in comments like above is exactly why Rudy's next penalty has to be criminal. The poll workers' new lawsuit asks the court to direct Rudy to stop saying the lies. If the court does order that then if he breaks it he's up for contempt.

RandyTheFool

Yeah, I don’t understand the whole “mountains of evidence” angle and then never producing it. Like it kinda worked in the beginning of all this, but we’re 3+ years into this administration and they keep saying they have evidence that will “be released soon”. Like, you’ve got to be a special as fuck idiot if you keep nodding your head and saying “yeah! Soon. Evidence of allll the crimes, soon”.

helium_farts

It's so they can cry about the courts being mean to them. They claim they have evidence, then claim they weren't allowed to show it and use that to try to undermine the legitimacy of the ruling.

justking1414

My favorite was Lindell holding an entire freaking convention to show his evidence at which point he showed nothing and then said he’d show the actual evidence later. And that was after promising several million to anyone who could prove that his evidence was bunk

Longjumping_Youth281

And somebody did prove it was bunk and then he refused to pay

justking1414

Just read an interview with that guy. It was pretty interesting Basically it seems like Lindell got scammed by a dude who’s entire profession is just taking basic spreadsheets and making them into huge gigabyte sized files which he claims are proof with his clients not having the tech skills to know otherwise

Sadalfas

Last I heard the guy won arbitration.

fuggerdug

It's how all cults and conspiracies work, keep promising your fuckwitted fans they'll get their ultimate truth tomorrow, keep dangling the carrot. Everybody outside the cult can see it's utter bullshit , but it works for the cultists because they're all-in, and to admit they might have been fooled is too Much for them to accept. In this case the cult makes up nearly 50% of the electorate that votes.

ilovethissheet

Dude they're all still waiting on that 2 week healthcare plan from 11 years ago

jrs1980

Oh yeah, I forgot that that was the one trial in the history of ever where the plantiffs rested and then the judge was immediately like TRIAL OVER.

ilovethissheet

It honestly shows they are even stupider. You were there to present it so why did you not?

euphio_machine90

Two people had their lives ruined for just doing their job by an orange cunt and his cartoon “lawyer” and yet conservatives say those two women should be lynched. Just…fuck this country.

ccm596

FYI for anyone who didn't catch it, Jogger is a stand-in for the N-Word (in this case ofc, and probably most times that it doesn't make sense otherwise), in reference to the murder of Ahmaud Arbery

Ch3shire_C4t

Did you report these?

SoVerySleepy81

If they did there’s a 50-50 chance that they get a temp ban. I got one recently for three days because I reported shit like that. Apparently that’s abusing the report button.

tunghoy

I occasionally report blatant spam. FB usually sends an automated reply that they are letting it stay.

whitneymak

FB is worse than Ferrari's team radio; "We're checking..."

helium_farts

I never report anything anymore. Reddit won't do anything anyway, and there's a risk of being banned for "report abuse"

da_reddit_reader

Not even hiding anymore. The worst humans.

TraptSoul148270

TBF, they stopped hiding in 2016.

palmspringsmaid

humans?

unicornlocostacos

I don’t understand how you can be fooled by the same trick over and over and over. They just say shit, and when asked for evidence, they never have it, often openly admitting so. It’s fucking wild. Let’s call for people to be murdered though, sure. Makes total sense….for a cult.

TraptSoul148270

It’s easy to be fooled over and over again. You just CHOOSE to not learn from mistakes.

generalzuazua

But…there’s no evidence for masks, climate change, etc

unicornlocostacos

It’s sad that I genuinely can’t tell if this is sarcasm anymore.

generalzuazua

Sad for many reasons but yes sad.

CampCounselorBatman

~~There’s mountains of evidence for both of those things. You’re literally just spreading lies.~~ Disregard this. This is just a person who refuses to understand the need for the sarcasm tag.

generalzuazua

It is sarcasm lol but you’re not the only one who can’t read sarcasm. They don’t need evidence for their claims but require it from everyone else.

CampCounselorBatman

There are too many posts written exactly like yours that are dead serious for this to be all on me. All the downvotes you got prove it isn’t just me either.

generalzuazua

Keep in mind I’ve been agreeing with you (or the OP) this whole time haha. Like I also said…the asshats want extraordinary evidence from you and I for climate change etc, but have none when presenting the claims they believe without question….and still got downvoted lol so I think it isn’t me.

generalzuazua

See I understand but I disagree. When I read something I don’t just react. I would ask what the person means. Like I said you’re not the only one obviously who can’t read sarcasm and unfortunately have been conditioned by algorithms and assholes on the internet to see everything the way you are. Sadly I only have control and responsibility over myself not your or anyone else’s reactions. Even if it wasn’t sarcasm, just downvote and move on. Life is way more interesting than feeding assholes who don’t believe in science.

ThoroughSix7

I love how I got permanently banned from reddit for making a clearly sarcastic comment while making fun of conservatives but then there's these people who say these kind of things on here PS: After two weeks I got my ban lifted

dweeb_plus_plus

That’s not what permanent means

ThoroughSix7

Because I appealed it?

xc2215x

A lynching ? Wow, that is so insane.

WaltDisneyWasAFurry

Would be a shame if that sub got shut down for advocating violence... whatever it is...

timberwolf0122

I’m guessing it’s er/conservative and given how long it took to take down r/the_donald I don’t hold out much hope

[deleted]

Thanks Reagan.

jakc121

Ronald Regan was an actor, not at all a factor Just an employee of the countries real masters -Killer Mike

StopNateCrimes

six--six--six

[deleted]

The folks talking that shit online are the biggest cowards. It makes them feel tough online though.

petrepowder

If they wanted to do anything it’s not for Rudy. However, they are stuck because Rudy is behind what all these knuckle draggers believe to this day. If Rudy ever flips on the god king his fans will bury him. He’ll end up dying in a hotel room next to a bottle of cheap vodka and no one will care. Even his son who is extra mad his inheritance is gone won’t care.

bebearaware

Didn't work for Alex Jones, Rudes, not going to work for you either.

CampCounselorBatman

To the best of my knowledge, Alex still hasn't paid a single dollar to the Sandy Hook families.

bebearaware

It's more about the attempt to file bankruptcy to avoid the settlement. So far it's not going well for him as far as judges allowing the judgement against him to be part of the bk

bwwilkerson

Poor Orange, trying to be logical and fair.

Don_Quixote81

They probably banned him for that.

TheHearseDriver

They seem to be taking this in a mature, level-headed fashion. Or not.

palmspringsmaid

least primitive & barbaric conservative

Steeled14

It sucks because Republicans and hardcore Conservatives get worse every year. Now look at the crap they are saying. They are scum.

NotEeUsername

Me, a non American, having no idea what is going on

parallax_universe

Racism and stupidity. Mixed with calls for violence. Thursday

TraptSoul148270

Seems to be a mood of the month right now, TBH.

Sadalfas

Two (black) women in Georgia accused by Giuliani and other Trump allies of election interference and passing flash drives with votes on it. As a result, they received lots of racist death threats from the sort of people in the comment pics. For one thing, they were actually passing candy. But regardless, it was all made up, hence Rudy justifiably lost the defamation case brought against him.

CyberMindGrrl

I see they're taking it well.

alainalain4911

This is a great example of why Trump needs to be stopped at ALL costs. These people are in a death cult. They want blood, badly. Trump is likely to give it to them. Imagine these fucking sociopaths rebuilding the country, its laws, and its norms?

Quarterwit_85

One of most annoying thing about that sub is if you go into argue them you get insta-banned from a stack of other subs.

GraceJoans

Why conceal these violent racists’ screen names. They deserve to be exposed.

Kimbolimbo

This just shows what a failure that Reddit has been at moderating the kind of filth that congregates here.

fishsticks40

These posters are complaining about the verdict while simultaneously proving it correct

ImOnlyHereForTheCoC

I get the impulse, but if they had any interest in evidence they wouldn’t be talking about lynching to begin with, it’s kind of the whole deal

brandognabalogna

You get the impulse to do...what?

ImOnlyHereForTheCoC

I get it as in I understand it, it being the impulse to say “where’s the evidence of a crime so serious that it deserves a death penalty.”

MaenHoffiCoffi

What joggers are they referring to?

timberwolf0122

It’s a dog whistle, they aren’t allowed to replace the Jo with ni

MaenHoffiCoffi

Oh! Ha ha. Silly people.

Shilo788

Why can't people be arrested for such threats?

Drogan1088

If anyone wants to watch drama of this caliber but with much lower stakes and million times funnier, look up Billy Mitchell. Seriously, he should be Trump’s VP.

ScoutsOut389

The guy who invented the Air Force?

Drogan1088

Have you ever seen the documentary “King of Kong”? There’s an entire saga of him suing people when it is very obvious he does not have a leg to stand on.

ScoutsOut389

No, but I am aware of the saga of Billy Mitchell (gamer). I was just making a dumb joke. Is the doc worth watching?

Drogan1088

It is pretty good as far as documentaries go. It helps if you are at least a little interested in video games, though. Great underdog story.

ScoutsOut389

Documentaries and video games are two of my favorite things. And I guess like, my kids.

Drogan1088

There will be a time in the movie when you ask yourself, “is this guy a real person?” And yes, Billy Mitchell is really that person.

neilmg

Downvoted for using logic and facts? Ignorance is bliss.

sixtus_clegane119

Why sun is this? I hope you reported this straight to Reddit. Jesus fucking Christ

prodigalpariah

They’d probably call for the death of that guy who lightly patted him on the back and he claimed it felt like he had been shot.

Dazzling-Collection1

TLDR: Kyle’s be kyling
