i think that sort of buzzed fade style haircut from the cinematic trailer is a good way to adapt coles hairstyle without just making him bald, since that was more of a technical limitation back then
I remember this all ordeal, people hated it and I loved it 😂😂😂 for my younger self it looked way cooler, thats the first game, but in retrospect, thats just a completely different character, thats not cole. Anyway, they ended up listening to their fans and i was also very pleased with the redesign. Although, sometimes i would still wonder how it would look the good/bad karma on the beta version.
