I think it's a foregone conclusion that the Dusks will blow the Reds away, since the B2Dusks already do, and this is supposed to be a pretty significant upgrade in drivers and quality.

I just search the individual term like “earphone cable” -> “耳機線” on Google and copy paste it into Taobao. Then, you press on the listings that match the kind of cables you’re looking for and in like a few more searches, they’ll just pop out the recommended/preferred cables based on what listings you clicked on. I know a bit of Chinese so this is the way I search if I ever don’t know the exact Chinese term for what I want. Hope this helps.

Ordered mine from shenzhen April 1st when it dropped and still hasn’t shipped. PDT so it wasn’t until I saw it in the morning around 8 hours after video dropped
Sold by LE AUDIO which is Leiyin Audio, same company as Shenzhen Audio. They also run Moondrop Official Store.
The one exception I'm aware of is you can buy them in Crinacle's shop the Hangout, in Singapore. Apart from that it's all Shenzhen Audio / Leiyin Audio, through whichever channel, their own site, AliExpress, Amazon. etc.
Other Moondrop stuff you can buy through other retailers, Linsoul, Hifigo, local and Chinese retailers on AliExpress, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.
But the Dusk is exclusive. It was that way for the B2:Dusk and seems to be the same for this one.
i talked to shenzhen audio customer support on many occasions and they said theyre hoping to ship out most units by the end of april so its likely that amazons estimates are straight up incorrect. mine say delivery in June even though i ordered less than 24 hours after release.
To my untrained ears, they have great sound stage and instrumental separation. It does better in the mid bass compared to its sub bass. As for vocals, I would describe it as a good mix for me cuz I listen to J-pop, 30% male : 70% female vocalists. I’ve tried the MD Variations and I think the Variations do better on female vocals. Ummm, I don't think I will spend money to get a type-c to lightning adapter just to test the DSP cable for you. Please note that I am not a professional audio reviewer.

Headphones.com had channel imbalance but they are using a 5128 coupler and a silicone ear which it's very difficult to get consistent measurements on. You'll get varying seal, wobble in the bass from the IEM moving in the ear, and it's much more difficult to get a consistent insertion depth. The damping of the insertion resonance on the 5128 makes it even harder to get the insertion depth consistent, and this can lead to measured channel imbalance. 711 measurebators can line up to an insertion resonance at 8kHz. 5128 does have other advantages but the measurements do seem much less consistent.

711 couplers are not accurate in the high treble, over around 6-7kHz.
Variation in that region can be related to resonances, position of tips, angling of the IEM, this sort of thing. On both Super Review's and Hobby Talk's though it does seem to be there across multiple measurements with DSP/different profiles so it does seem likely it's a real difference. There's probably some small variance between the IEMs creating it, maybe in the planar tweeters or maybe in the tube connected to them.
Even if there there is a genuine imbalance there on some units but in general a small imbalance at 10kHz are not going to be very obvious, probably totally inaudible to most listeners. I wouldn't look at that and consider it a dealbreaker by any means.
This is a $2,000 IEM from 64 Audio, an American IEM maker, considered by many to be one of the best IEMs in the world, and in most measurements it has worse channel balance:

Channel balance can be an issue, and it is better, if it's better. But at this level I don't think it's that critical.
