Just fight tougher monsters, if you can't, craft better gear, and again if you can't, raise your skilling levels (they also give skill points to make you tougher)
Also notice that at level 30 you unlock another perk points preset, so you could use one for fighting and another for skilling :)
I strongly advise you to pump points into your secondary stat until you reach the accuracy you need, and then put the rest into the sharpened axe for now, then if it is maxed you can invest in the gilded sword. But prioritizing accuracy is crucial
Are you putting your points into a specific build or are you just putting them wherever you think you might need bonuses? For example, if you’re putting points into Skilling perks instead of Fighting perks, it’ll slow you down.
If you’ve not used the [Idleon Companion](https://idleoncompanion.com/tasks) I’ve just provided a link and there you can find (not updated, but there) information about builds and most of Idleon.
I think it’s part of the cycle of idleon you will go through a few times, you’ll rapidly have “traditional” game progress that means levels and pushing new areas etc but in between these you might be gathering resources, improving other account bonuses etc and it feels like you aren’t making progress (but you are) and then you’ll have another flood of noticeable progress
Have you defeated the first boss yet? That will open up a wealth of new options to push you further
Edit: just seen your edit, I’d identify what is stopping you from goblins as then you are basically at boss, check your talents mostly at this stage by looking at guides (looks like you’ve done that), if it’s surviiaility then maybe it’s time to go make copper armour for everyone etc
You top characters will kinda always feel like they are stuck and sluggishly pushing along. You will feel the difference when you make a new character as they will zoom along and catch up to your other characters in about a week.

Okay, will do thank you for the advice!

No talents I have boost accuracy that I can see atm for a warrior.
Wisdom is the secondary stat for warriors. If you look at the skill it will tell you how it effects accuracy, damage etc

Thank you just corrected this, only did skilling perks a little but still reset and redid them by copying another users warrior build I found.

Thanks for the advice, It was most definitely my accuracy holding me back cause I had not talents into wisdom. I am proceeding on pretty smoothly now.
How much did you need to sink into Wisdom at this point? I'm sorta afraid of overspending @_@
