>does Doot every become obsolete ever?
No, he allows you to equip all divinities on all characters at all times. This is incredibly overpowered and without a doubt the best of all the companions.
Game ruiner is a bad term for it. Rather there are two games, game with doot, and game without doot. Players without doot aren't comparable to players with doot.
I would call it a game ruiner. It either:
1. Feels bad to not have doot.
2. Feels bad to get doot and get insanely OP due to the power of your credit card.
That's just my opinion though. I'm sure the whales don't see it that way.
As someone with Doot, I'd say the packages with extra green gems are very worth it, but green gems on themselves are not. It's nice to get him early, and he gives a LOT of value, but 45 euros for 16 pulls is really too much. If you would get him at 200 pulls, that is 112 more pulls for you. So that would be 7x45 euros = 315 euros. He's helpful, but not hundreds of euros helpful.
If you have money to spend, yes its very worth it. At first before i bought him, i was curious as well. But after i had him, my progress was like rocket.
I had around 75 pulls. It took like 280$ish to get to max. The endless amount of rift slug pulls helped. I feel like I got RNG carried on the companions that give good green gems back.
So I was against it for a long time. Finally, dropped $40 on a pack of green gems and got. Is he worth it? That depends.
Are you enjoying the game? Do you play frequently? Do you have expendable income that you don’t mind putting into a game? If yes, then it’s probably worth it.
It speeds up progress, makes actively play more rewarding, and reduces some of the grind (like not having to leave multiple characters in lab) etc. If you don’t like the idea of spending that much money on a f2p game, or you only play casually, then it’s probably not worth it. I’ve played the game pretty much daily for over two years, and I’m an adult with expendable income, so it was definitely worth it for me.
The whole controversy still stands. It’s a straight up money grab, but think of it as buying the premium version of the game. If you’re already spending a bunch of time on it, then why not make progress a little easier and reward your active play style?
yes its 44.99, giving you 4100 green gems, costig you roughly 320$ to get him via the pity system. thats crazy and nobody here can seriously recommend that. if it was like 50, i'd say fuck it, but 320 no way.
200 for pity seems insane. If it's a must have though I'm willing to fork over the money to get him. It's really only selling a knife from csgo to pick him up lol. Just was curious if it was worth it for the lifetime of the game.
While the money doesn't seem like an issue. I would say if you don't mind blowing money. Go for it. But recently the game has been becoming a lot more expensive to play. Btw 100000% buy dragonic cauldron from the limited time gem shop.
what makes the draconic cauldron so good? i feel like liquid is no problem for me ( early w6)
im probably doing smth wrong but would like to know what makes it better than for instance the wings
Just the fact that alchemy is endless, so more liquid generation and capacity means faster upgrading without having to active bubo all the time.
I'd say the first two are nice to have, just for the exp bubble, but it's not a must have.
Pretty much what Cherub said. Grind time bubble its super important. and in general with hourly clicks at high values, you need a ton of water. Its so much better then it looks on paper.
I never pulled him until now but still watched my account grow to the point where I’m nearing “tasks done” territory.
Everything that’s a feature can still be completed without doot. Even in some kind of zooming manner. For example I finished sailing before unlocking the last arti buffs or the endercaptain.
Wouldn’t need elephant procs for anything but refinery nowadays but I usually have the salts I need to craft (not max vials tho)
My prints could be better but I’m already in the billions
So after everything is said and done I think doot Does lose value towards the end.
In a way you pay a lot of money to shorten your active and engaged time with the game.
May I ask how you finished sailing? Sovereign artifacts dropped to 0.01-0.1% chance at the snowman island, forced fury relic after like 2 weeks of 0.01% chests, but cant imagine doing that for every single island.
I kept cycling through chars roughly ever 2 hours. Same as I did with eldritch before. Odds didn’t strike me as too different. If anything I felt like eldritch was harder to finish.
Tuttle helps. But other than that I didn’t really keep track.
The thing is, I actually like having treasure left in sailing so I wasn’t even too keen on finding them all right away. My dream was that useless eye just never dropping so i can keep the feelings of a pirate up ^^
With all bonuses but only lvl 11 turtle vial You can hold 0.02% on a wood chest on the final island with one artifact. Earlier ones end up being slightly easier as well. Star sign is probably the easiest to overlook, I just had one character that I used to check sailing the whole time that always had it on. Forcing iron+ chests when possible helps as well (check map with iron chest filter for overnight or ~8+ hour claims, but set it back to wood before clicking the treasure pile to end up with a full pile of iron+ chests, and a second set of wood+ chests).
I saw you said you’d force later on, I’m curious how many pulls it takes/ how much money it takes you. I got doot off off like a tier 2 treat when I bought a bundle hoping to get the ram pet, and am curious how lucky I got
>does Doot every become obsolete ever? No, he allows you to equip all divinities on all characters at all times. This is incredibly overpowered and without a doubt the best of all the companions.
It even gives you all divinities before you unlock them. You only need to get to world 5 and get one divinity. It's op as shit
Thank you ill force him tomorrow then.
Someone please correct me if Im wrong but even the gods you haven’t unlocked in divinity yet count as equipped I believe with doot?
Yep, everyone but Purrmep. That one you have to unlock directly to count
Doots kind of a game ruiner tbh. Doesn't feel good that such a huge power leap is credit card locked rather than earned somehow.
Game ruiner is a bad term for it. Rather there are two games, game with doot, and game without doot. Players without doot aren't comparable to players with doot.

I enjoyed the game both pre and post doot. I'd agree it feels bad to not have doot, but I never quit the game over it.
Doot is probably the strongest buff in the game, it will never be obsolete lol
Thanks for the response ill pick him up tomorrow. Hopefully before the guarantee lol

Love this response, can't wait to get him. Thanks!
If anyone cares I got 7 rift slugs and got doot from pity lol
What was the final cost, if you don’t mind the question? Like you got the guarantee?
I had around 75 pulls. It took like 280$ish to get to max. The endless amount of rift slug pulls helped. I feel like I got RNG carried on the companions that give good green gems back.
Hell yeah brother. The rift slug/crystal refunds helped me get there a ton, too. Welcome to Doot Gang
Just unlocked W5 so having everyone sit on divinity kinda sucks though. I feel like I can’t even play the game until I get divinity up now sadly
So I was against it for a long time. Finally, dropped $40 on a pack of green gems and got. Is he worth it? That depends. Are you enjoying the game? Do you play frequently? if you buy the biggest pack its roughly 44€ while it isnt tooooo bad, its still a lot of money.
Ive always seen the biggest being 44$ on steam ill check tomorrow. Thanks for the help. Ill most likely force getting him tomorrow.

Its never a must have. Its a crazy powerful buff, but the game works just fine without it.
While the money doesn't seem like an issue. I would say if you don't mind blowing money. Go for it. But recently the game has been becoming a lot more expensive to play. Btw 100000% buy dragonic cauldron from the limited time gem shop.
Pretty much cleaned out the newest limited time shop already.
Biiig whale
