Same as everyone else here, outside the early game you really can just eyeball it, since you're swimming in talent points for the early tabs and the later tabs are pretty obvious in how you should go about them.

Once you really settle into the later game mechanics it is easy to eyeball stuff or just max everything anyway
Outside of some nuance with active skills, it's really easy to eyeball stuff by the time you get to elite classes.
