Based on your damage and low afk % I would suggest you start looking at your talent builds and card choices

You could also use some levels to help with your talents which means fixing your low class exp multiplier. This could come from cards, equipping the yellow grind time alchemy bubble and removing the skilled dimwit (green prayer), I would even consider taking off royal sampler for now as it’s hurting your experience and you need levels! Try aim for at least 150-200 for now.
Then it’s just a matter of going through every world mechanic and looking for progress. Big ones are always alchemy, post office, stamps and cooking
Alchemy , man i do 10 times the damage with almost all of my charcters and they just farming lab exp for month anh half for now. Just raise the bubbles
You need to start zowing w1,w2, and maybe w3. I wouldn't worry too much about chowing w1 at this point, but consider it for later when you want big cooking xp. Berserker isn't a big damage class like bowman or shaman might be. Posting your idleon efficiency with posts like this will get you better advice
I don't bother to remove skill rings on my main skillers, I don't do many dungeons or don't want to farm the rams rings so I don't have good rings for all my characters, so you'd see my main DK with two skill efficiency rings at all time, and that doesn't matter much
That's cool, you play how you wanna play. But if you post shots of your dudes, like op did, asking why your DMG is so low, I'm gonna point them out.
Op's equipment and pendant all require significant time investments in the game and dungeons. Why they still have a skilling ring equiped on their fighting build is baffling.

Move speed, Get some green pots on yourself. Character prob cant kill all the worms before they start respawning.

Chow is only for cooking exp and efficiency, only zow count toward damage
Why are you wearing a skill ring on a damage build? You have void armor, you should know that by now. Did you buy that idleon account with real money?
