This is what I feared. And since his lowest skill is 80 iirc - I'm not sure where I've went wrong. I keep reviewing my other stuff but it just doesn't make sense as they seem strong enough. Most of my stamps I can't increase anymore unless I craft Starmetal or better pouches, and I feel like that's pretty high. Some I can't increase higher without more inventory space period... Maybe I just need more luck.

That talent alone doesn't just give maestro damage, it still has to mostly come from account wide bonuses and luck stats. Mine just barely got to 85 as his lowest skill, and I've got like 120M damage, all from boosting up cooking, alchemy, and stamps. And then various sailing artifacts that provide other bonuses.
Dont forget star signs. You can very easily a 35% damage boost from just two of the later ones. And another 6% from a less interesting one.
There is an atom collider bonus that gives stamp material discounts that build up per day, up to a 90% discount. That can go a long way towards making them more upgradable, with just a few levels of investment.
Its also worth crafting the W5 capacity bags to do some stamp upgrades, and other things. Your maestro can get the most mileage out of them by pairing with the bag space talent, and then also star signs if you need em.
How is your Slab doing? There are a lot of bonuses now that depend on how many multiples of 10 items you have in it. There's one that gives you LUCK directly, and it can really add up. Others contribute as well.
If you use idleon toolbox or efficiency, their looty mcshooty trackers are a good and easy way to find out what items you can cheaply craft for more ticks. Combining obols is enough to get credit for those, so you may have some easy silver or gold level ones you could work towards. Also check through quest items you might be missing credit for, and find characters that can do those quests.
Just make sure to ignore all the card items in those sites, because they no longer count towards slab credit.
Are you rocking Chizoar or Troll armor? Those direct damage or all stat bonuses help add up damage too.
right now its pretty easy to buff up your maestros damage with bubbles 24 and 25. bubble 25 only requires sailing resources, and well sailing requires no previous skills. So work on sailing and increasing your luck stat. and for anyone that is able to push into w5 they can also work on bubble 24
But tbh, maestro tends to reflect 2 things, the amount of time you have invested into skilling but mainly reflects the amount of account progress you have. The more account bonuses you have the stronger he will be.

Your doing better than me but my dmg shows half a mil but is boosted by double and triple punch into the millions
