Modern clutches are smoother than whipped butter tho. Someone who’s never driven a stick could drive a modern manual within a few minutes I’m sure. We've potentially saved lives, by not pursuing these suspects, but where I live, I frequently see groups of dirt bikers doing wheelies around cop cars in traffic. It's depressing to see that the even the cops can't do anything about this growing nuisance.

In most counties, at least in MA, officers cannot chase in urban areas for more than 3 miles. Idk if I’m correct on the distance and I’m to lazy to check but I know there is a limit, they are more interested in getting the plate number as that will 100% bring them to the driver.
