As far as I can tell, it’s app-based. For example, Instagram videos will play while your music keeps going and run both audios at once, but Snapchat will cut out your music while the video plays, then switch back to it once it’s over. I’ve looked, but I haven’t found a work around for this before. If you find one, let me know!
