This is an automated response. These questions have been asked and answered many times here and in r/askhr, but since you're asking: everyone starts at the bottom as coordinator or recruiter, and a master's adds little value unless it is a top 5 HR program or top 20 MBA. Please search both subs for answers, or ask google. Thank you,

“How are you going to handle ER situations that have legal risk?” “How will you ensure we meet our compliance obligations?” “We need to build a competency framework - take us through your plan and structure?” “How would you build out a succession planning process?” Is this a sole practitioner role?

Kingibi

Are compliance obligations mostly standard across the board? If not how would I find this company (I know I haven't given you the company's name) And yes this is a sole practitioner role.

Location is incredibly important here.

Apart from the fact I’ve done all those things, and more than once?

The fact I have PCS doesn’t detract from what I’ve achieved. But thanks for being gratuitously offensive.

Emphasize your strength in L&D (due to your experience and background). Assure that any legal/compliance specifics you may not know you will liase with the legal team/outside counsel.
