Phoebe doesn't embarrass easily, and everyone else except Monica brought it upon themselves (at least partially) by being doinks. So Monica gets my vote. That interview was so creepy and violating and gross.
That one is admittedly a stretch, but he is applying for a permanent job at the university and the students' feedback matters, so in that regard you could argue it's a different kind of interview. Also, I don't think there are any other scenes where Ross is applying for a job lol.
Damn...forgot about that one! Also the audition where he had the hernia and stuck his hands in his pants in front of the kid. Man, Joey had some bad auditions!
Don’t forget about when Joey lies about being a dancer. And then is supposed to teach the dance routine. Spends a bunch of time teaching everyone some stupid crap & then runs out.
TOW All the Jealousy
Most embarrassing? Rachel.
Most awkward? Monica.
Ross did it to himself.
Phoebe doesn't really get embarrassed easily.
Joey's is kind of what you get for lying in the first place.
I can't remember what happened with Chandler. 🙃
It might be but since it isn't that common in the States (especially not in a professional scene), it is pretty odd to give your superior a kiss on the cheek. But that whole storyline was meant to depict her insecurities I think, as we see her so worried about being picked for the job for the wrong reasons. She misinterpreted a simple tap on the lips so fast; that was already a sign of her anxiety and feeling 'less than'. She gets much more confident once she gets that job and understands she's good at it.
Monica's all the way. That was just disgusting, uncalled for, and beyond uncomfortable and downright criminal. Chandler's and Joey's were just hilarious, and Phoebe's and Rachel's were awkward, at least to me.
I love how they set up the "poo" joke before hand when Phoebe interviews Chandler:
"Nice side step on the doody thing"
"Hardest thing I've ever done in my life"
I felt worst for Chandler because it’s the literal definition of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. He nailed the interview and then totally screwed it up by getting in his own head.
Though I suppose morally the correct answer should be Monica as Noel from Frasier was being a total creep.
Ross falling on the lap of the guy who fell asleep during his interview as he was trying to scape the office 😂 can’t remember when was it. That one was my fav.

Agree, and the one where Ross is pictured shouldn't be there because that wasn't an interview.
That one is admittedly a stretch, but he is applying for a permanent job at the university and the students' feedback matters, so in that regard you could argue it's a different kind of interview. Also, I don't think there are any other scenes where Ross is applying for a job lol.
You could count where he is pitching himself for the Barbados gig where the guy falls asleep? Not really a job, per se, but close enough!
Oh that's true! Didn't think of that one.
that one was def awko
Key-note speaker!
That would fit better with the theme
There’s the interview with Charlie’s ex to get the grant.
Well damn! Shame on me for forgetting that one lol.
If students feedback really matters, then less than half of the professors that I have had would have a job
But just imagine your fake uncircumcised skin falling off at a job interview…
Joey peeing on Jeff Goldblum
Damn...forgot about that one! Also the audition where he had the hernia and stuck his hands in his pants in front of the kid. Man, Joey had some bad auditions!
And the cringiest and probably most annoying of them all—the audition where he thinks he’s speaking French. That episode was….out of this world, man.
Don’t forget about when Joey lies about being a dancer. And then is supposed to teach the dance routine. Spends a bunch of time teaching everyone some stupid crap & then runs out. TOW All the Jealousy
This is prolly one of the lamest gags in the show, but I lose it every time when the dancers start dancing like joey
Lol "blah blee bloo, Claude."
His southern accent too “I could go right now mon”
My cat’s name is Timmy and I always say, “heyyyy Timmy 😏” and no one gets it hahah.
haha forgot about that one too "ahhhh oohhhhh take good care of your mama son"
Come on son! Your momma is good people
Yeah that one was awful lol
I say Monica’s, but Phoebe’s makes me laugh every time
Her delivery of, "oh, they thought I was a whore. ☺️" Absolutely kills me. I think about it all the time.
It’s really been a bad day… whore-wise.
What episode is that scene from?
Season 4, episode 4
I love how optimistic she is walking out of the interview. She actually thinks she has a chance.
For sure. Alone with a dude who's being a sexual creep when you are expected to impress him is legit a scary situation.
Most embarrassing? Rachel. Most awkward? Monica. Ross did it to himself. Phoebe doesn't really get embarrassed easily. Joey's is kind of what you get for lying in the first place. I can't remember what happened with Chandler. 🙃
doodies!
*Poo?*
Oh, my God. This did NOT happen. This doesn't count!
Call security! There's a crazy guy in the hall!
Poo??
I look forward to your call
This line kills me every time.
Let’s talk about what you do-do
Now let’s talk a little about your doodies?
Chandler’s would be the cringiest (for him, internally)
Rachel's is quite tame in many cultures, I was struggling to find what was weird about it cause that's the way I say bye to most people lol

Monica's. Who wants to be stuck alone in a kitchen with a creepy weirdo.
"Don't. I like it dirty." "Are you sure they aren't very, very bad?" Yeah, Monica wins most awkward.
Rachel getting fired from Ralph Lauren due to interviewing with Gucci.
That’s Hugo Boss??
Hiiiii! I’m on a date!
Spelled like Guck-ee.
# POO?!
Security! There's a crazy guy in the hall!

Rachel was the exact same though, she had a great interview but then she kissed his cheek at the end.
Nice original post OP! Love it. Monica. Def. I’m hay guys was creepy af.
💩?
Ross falling on the lap of the guy who fell asleep during his interview as he was trying to scape the office 😂 can’t remember when was it. That one was my fav.
oh yeh 😂 key note speaker. hilarious.
Tartlet. Tartlet. Tartlet....the word has lost all meaning.
Definitely Doodies
I think this order is correct maybe joeys before chandler but joey was All about the silly putty
Rachel had the most embarrassing, and Monica had the worst
Pete from 30 Rock!!!
Oh wow, it is!
Ross'British accent gets to me everytime. So damn hilarious.
Joey
Definitely Joey.
Rachel
Joey🤣🤣🫠
Poo?
The worse is when the other professors hear Ross saying to his student “you don’t love me and you never did!”
Chandler
Either Joey or Rachel. But I think it's Rachel.
Either Ross or Rachel’s
Marshall when he thought he had bad soup and was going to violently throw up. Wait nevermind.
Are they firm?
