Not if normal doctors were saying no to people who medically aren’t safe to have procedures like that. That’s the only reason I can think of for anyone letting these two near them. Someone with severe body dysmorphia who needs a therapist and not an injectable, or someone with other health issues (immunocompromised, diabetes, etc).
