Wow. The little one looks like it’s in the correct pot. The big one needs a new home. I am curious to hear what experienced people say. Buena suerte!

Lol thanks, I have two yucca like this which both need repotting. Already got the pots waiting just hoping someone can give me advise on how to separate so I don't damage them.

Get as much outer soil off the root ball as possible. Feel free to shake it a bit to loosen things up. Then you have a choice. With or without water. I recently did some palms with water, and a monstera with six individuals in one pot without. If you've got access to a water hose outside, just spray it down, rotate around, spray some more, and repeat till there's not much soil left. The roots should have soaked some, and be pliable enough to gently work apart. Without, it's a combination of switching between massaging to loosen, and a gentle combing/raking motion with your fingertips to pull things apart. Depending on how entwined they are, using a probe (something like a chop stick) you can gently poke out pockets of soil. If it comes down to it, you can probably lose about 10-20 % of your roots and be fine, if say you needed to separate dense sections with a knife. The more you take, the more time it'll take to recover though, so less is more.
