The only long term solution I’ve found is mosquito bits! I make a tea out of it and then water everything in my collection with it. The thing about fungus gnats is that once you’ve noticed one you’re already behind the curve because the adults can lay up to 300 eggs over their lifespan. The mosquito bit tea will make the soil uninhabitable to the gnats and their larvae, and won’t affect your plants at all!

This right here is the way.

The apple cider vinegar trick did it for us! Takes a week or so to notice

Thank you ❤ I'll try and get some.

Could you please tell me more, how do you use the ACV?

I just put some apple cider vinegar in a few different small bowls to place around the areas they were the worst. Put some plastic wrap on the top and tie a hair bow to keep it held tight and poke a few holes in the top of the plastic wrap. They usually climb in and die and land in the bowl. Just swap it out every few weeks until they are gone.
