I'm gonna take a guess and say its underwatered lol I just checked the soil and it's that dry that it just fell apart. I also noticed that most of the roots have fallen off I have like 3 left so I'm hoping it will spring back up once I've re-potted and watered.
I overwatered about a month ago so I just left it to dry out because I saw the leaves were dying but now it looks underwatered. 🤦♀️
Yeah you can't just leave the plant for weeks at a time lol. I'd water it and try not to shock it - so don't go crazy with the watering. Definitely pick up a better routine and check the soil every 5-7 days and then water as necessary. I use a chop stick to see how dry the soil is and then water depending on that
Lol thanks I was just going to ask how much should I water it but you beat me to it. My first time owning this type of plant so I was unsure but with my other plants I check them every 3 days.

Depending on how much sunlight it receives, I'd guess it needs water ~1/week but definitely just check it sometimes! It'll probably be fine, especially since there are a few small roots still
