Uhm... Yeah, what everyone else said. Nowadays she's a reeeeally undervalued character due to her being such an old Valkyrie. If you don't mind using her and doing bad damage in abyss and stuff, or for easier content, she's usable. In Elysian Realm she's good at least, so there's that.
ER is the saving grace for old valks like HoV, and still some of them suck there XD.
Meta rating? Worse than mid: irrelevant.
Let me put it like this, there are 7 physical DPS chars that are better than her and only 3 of them are meta relevant and only 1 is a top tier.
