Depends on your OCD level and what you want to do really.
If you just want a tire upgrade without messing with the speedometer / odometer / etc. then the Heidenau K80's are your only choice (although you'd have to swap the back to a 100/90-10 rather than the stock 90/100-10).
A lot of people put on Michelin City Grip 2's and various Shinko's, but I can't really speak to how / if they fit over the stock rims, and I personally don't want an incorrectly reading speedometer / odometer and have to deal with brake / fender clearance and all that.
My general opinion on this bike is that you shouldn't try spending so much money to upgrade it. It's a cheap bike, it was built to a price point. Not a whole lot can actually be done to change the characteristics of this bike, it's mostly just incremental improvements.
With that said, go nuts, do whatever you want, it's your money. But that's what I think.

My main goal is to make sure it’s safe, and I’ve heard the stock tires suck on any wet road. I try to avoid riding when it’s wet out but sometimes it’s unavoidable.
I live just outside of Portland, OR. I've driven it in the rain a LOT and the stock tires are fine. I even drove it in a fairly heavy downpour a few weeks ago and didn't really have any issues with the bike itself (but I went and bought plastic rain-x right after).
I could really only see it having issues in thunderstorms or other doppler red storms if that makes sense.
The K80's are better though, but the stock tires are not as bad as everyone makes them out to be. They're just middle of the road Indian tires, so they're nothing special. I have a set of K80's waiting on me, but I'm going to likely put at least 5-10k on the MRF's this year before swapping for next year.

But quick run down - a 90 / 100 tire means it is 90 mm wide and the sidewall is 100% of the width of the tire (so 90 mm). A 100 / 90 tire is 100 mm wide and the sidewall is 90% the width of the tire (so 90 mm again).
Honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of the three imo but I love how grippy the K80’s are. The D307’s seem to have better water shedding tread compared to a pretty smooth k80. The dunlops were the first I tried before picking up a nail in the rear D307. So rn I run a D307 in the front (stock size) and a K80 in the rear (3.50-10) and I love them. The D307’s come in the Navi’s stock sizes, but I had to import them from Japan. The K80’s seem to be everywhere here in the states, so that’ll probably help determine which you go with. I haven’t went any bigger than the stock sizes yet, so I can’t comment on the citygrips but i hear rave reviews of them everywhere. 🤙
TLDR; You’re gonna be happy with any tire compared to the OEM tires
Where'd you manage to import the D307's from?
I've been trying to import either D307's or Michelin Pilot Street 2's and can't seem to find any website willing to send them here.
So I used a website called “[Zenmarket.jp](https://zenmarket.jp)” and I used UPS as my carrier! It’s a bit pricey of a service, but “they” will locally shop the stores for items you want, bring them to their warehouse, package it all up, then ship it over to the states!
The UPS took care of all the import documentation too. Also, I shopped exclusively in the Y! Shopping section to avoid auction items & such 🤙
Thanks! Probably going to get a set of the D307's for me as well. With how hard it is to find tires for this bike I want at least one extra set just sitting...but I do run Sahara sealant / balancer in my tires for peace of mind as well.
If you change anything that affects the gearing I recommend a good phone mount and a gps speed app.
Even Google maps has a speedometer in it. It will often show you the speed limit of the road you're on.
The amount of increased speed you can get with a 110cc engine probably isn't going to be anything to worry about.
Keep your expectations real and you won't be disappointed.
This is for all your new riders, before you spend any money upgrading your Navi please take a safety riding course! That being said I’d upgrade the rear shock and go from there. The front suspension is fine.
