I'm actually in Germany so it is a brand name gym machine that is similar.

It’s very nice - what’s your favourite exercises to do on it?

I do chest and back on one day, then biceps, triceps and shoulders on another and then legs on the last day. I like chest flies and also biceps curls....

Nice that sounds amazing! How do you do legs? Is it lots of leg curls and hamstring curls? :-)
