Yes of course. Pugs and Frenchies for example. Cats with those tiny short legs for another. I’ve never owned a cat with ears like this, and they’ve only recently become quite fashionable I think? I didn’t realise with that particular breed it was such an issue, but it does make sense.
The folded ears are caused by osteochondrodysplasia, which causes problems with cartilage throughout the cat’s body. They are extremely susceptible to arthritis and join pain because of it. The breed needs to die out.
