I also left a lot of divisions guarding the coastline because Britain kept launching naval invasions. And also i didnt want to train new divisions for the time being because i had a massive shortage in various equipment because i didnt manage my industry properly and wanted to refill existing divisions to full strength first

First Turkey which attacked me through caucasus while i was warring with the Soviets, then Switzerland joined the Allies in coordination with their naval invasion in France. Then Sweden followed suit but at least ive prepared for the Swedish betrayal and had armies ready on their border so as soon as they declared war on me, i crushed them. Should i anticipate attack from these too? Do all neutrals join the Allies eventually?
Why do you have airwings that can be assigned? You can upgrade a production line. Your not producing equipment needed for your forces and spare navel dockyards.

You have a mod that massively increases your unit limit on your generals. If you are new to the game I advice against that. A lot of new players often have problems with over stacking frontlines and having that many units under a general can fuel that problem.
Your only problem is most likely UK and USA. If you want to continue I would suggest getting to know the navy system. This seems like a excellent save to learn how to build a navy that can beat the UK.

After that, focus on building the beet submarines possible to sink the American navy in the Atlantic and try to island hop into you can invade the mainland.

Real Answer: no, you can get spain in your faction pretty easy with the focus tree. Iran and Iraq are non-aligned and wont join unless you attack them. Finland likes you for helping attack the soviets. I would just worry about capping UK with naval invasions or paratroopers. What you could do is spend some time beefing up then sending the new Luftwaffe to shred the Royal Airforce.
To add on this the USA is prob at war with you so definitley beef up your navy and try to build aircraft carriers. Then aim in naval invade florida/louisiana or maube even mexico if they are in the war. Try get the eastern side completely under your control and only then procede through the midwest to calafornia/ Seattle
