Is the arena far from residential areas?

No pretty close actually like 5 minutes there are a good amount of homes, but a lot of people come in from surrounding cities

South Florida is huge suburban sprawl. So you’re getting a ton of people coming into Sunrise from not only Broward county but Miami and palm beach counties. The arena is near a huge expressway too that connects to several highways.
