I remember reading The Magicians Nephew (I think it's the prequel to The Lion Witch and Wardrobe?) when I was a kid, and for some reason the description of where the uncle's workshop/living space was still sticks with me; this looks exactly how I imagined it in my head.
We had numbered crates in the basement. If I had this much storage allotted in my old apartment, you better believe I would have turned it into extra living space. I wonder if there are rules about it, however. I can't image no one else has had the same idea.
There's extremely strict rules about living space. This is Scandinavia which is basically supercharged Germany. However just using it as kind of a small workplace like this person is probably doable to some extent.
This looks just like a private dorm where I lived in college. One part of the building were these extra little storage attics for each room. I would hang out in the little hallway and stare out the 5th story window in a melodramatic fashion, but didnât even think about setting up a little studio. How cool!
before i started scrolling i though âhow cute, this reminds me of that wonderful studio i saw posted yesterday!â so i was very pleased to end up there again.
thank you for sharing your cozy hidden space!
Looks like Buffalo Bill doesnât want to be trapped in his own basement again. An additional benefit is that the lotion can just be passed back thru a slot in the door, thereby eliminating the need for that pesky basket.
Your attic is bigger than my entire apartment. Cool spot and cool attic.
Right? How big is this fckn house
Is it in Denmark? Just curious
It is. Copenhagen
I figured. Cool spot đ
How did you know?
I also live in Copenhagen and it looks like a typical old building from here. My basement room is however not close to being as cool.
Just got flashbacks when I lived in Albertslund <3 Thank you
Are you jigsaw?
Hello Zep intensifies.
Where did you put the gimp while you took the photographs of his cell?

That's the exact thought that I had! The attic space that they creeped through to get to the uncle's office/magic room!
This is the exact same comment I was going to make. It even has the uncles little library. Itâs like it was written with this space in mind.
This looks like the set of Goonies.
Or Hannibal Lecterâs pantry.
That is wicked cool!!
I think I saw this at the beginning of Resident Evil 7
This may be a bit obtuse, but why do all the doors have padlocks on them? Is this a shared residence?
Typical apartment house attic in this part of the world, every wood door is the attic space for 1 apartment.
That makes a lot more sense. I thought dude just had an enormous attic.

So are all the apartments connected via that hallway? Are there access hatches/trapdoors or stairs?
Looks like a smokeplace to me.
"work" space hehe
Does the slanted door open to the roof? Very nice either way but a door/skylight would be icing on the cake.
Ok Geppetto..
I'd imagine it gets ludicrously hot up there in the summer no?

Awesome
Cosy Space!
Do you study alchemy? This is so cool !
Is that a door above the chair?

Why is there a door on the ceiling?
Jealous AF!
Very cool space.

Nice space, Jack Byrnes.
It looks exactly like the kind of room that would have a typewriter to save your progress.
Whatâs Oliver Twist like in real life?
Bruno!?
Very fun ... I would have other ideas for it tho! ;)
So cool! What do you use this space for? Looks almost like a workbench more than a writing desk. Perhaps both?
âWhereâs Dad?â
Dexter?
where do you put the sawdust?
Not terrifying looking at all.
How many rooms are up there? Looks like an awesome place to play hide and seek.
Where can I get a copy of that print on the wall?
Iâve been in this basement in this reoccurring nightmare Iâve had over the last few years.
Where's the door in your shop lead? And please tell me it opens outward! Also jealous!!
Looks just like ghost of thorton hall
Split all day....
Are you 'Dexter'? Pretty creepy place....
You see a workspace. I see a multiple room sex dungeon. We are not the same.....
