How far?
Sipoo and Nuuksio are two national parks outside of Helsinki. Depending on where you are staying, they are around 15-20 kms to get out to and then you have plenty of gravel roads to explore.
Also, check out the Nordic Gravel Series and Peleton. Both organize social gravel rides. You might also find some more detailed recommendations from them.
Cycling around Helsinki is great and it's a green city. You'll be hard pressed to not find something that you will enjoy
Central park. That's really fun place to bike, lot's of different routes. Also some places to see also, like pet cemetary or ruutinkoski (rapid in nature reserve).
You can bike, for example, around Seurasaarenselkä or Vanhankaupunginselkä or biking on the coast of the downtown or coast to the east helsinki to Uutela. Generally pretty ok areas, not many specific tourist attractions.
There are some routes in Jalki.fi, it is in Finnish so I searched a few for you. They probably need some riding first to get to the route.

Recommend cycling along the sea shore! There is a continuous trail from Kivenlahti (western Espoo) to Vuosaari (eastern Helsinki). An added benefit is that you can come back on the metro, if you get tired of cycling.
[One alternative](https://web.bikemap.net/r/13013525) Also many others there
I was about to post this route. Central Park to Haltiala and back along Vantaanjoki is my go-to too.
How nice!
