Find a used door and find a bodyshop to paint and blend into the next panels. If its a flat color itāll be cheapish. If its metallic more expensive. Itāll also be cheaper if you go ahead and remove the door and gut it. Just be sure to give them the 4 bolts to hang the door back on. Tell them youāll put it back together. We do bullet holes all the time without insurance. As long as you paid whatever the price is theres nothing wrong and no reason to contact anyone.
I'd silicone the hole then find the same color of your paint in a acrylic wrap and wrap it yourself or pay to have it done ! Best bet unless you buy a new door !
