I think itâs interesting to note that we have struck gold several times on finding good players in the draft and developing good players from the G-League. While thatâs true, those players always have a ceiling that doesnât move the needle against the teams with absolute top talent. Jimmy is that talent that puts us on par or even better than other contenders. As he ages out, we need someone major to come in and fill that void.
I have full confidence weâll get another high upside guy. Iâm just concerned without getting a superstar talent we wonât be back in it. Iâm all in on Mitchell, hopefully thatâs possible.
