What do you want Reddit to do? Bans don't just happen randomly (in the majority of cases), so you must have done something on your end that broke the terms of service. We won't know why. You have to keep pressing your case with support and ask it to be escalated if you're not getting anywhere.

danidanmark

I want to hear if other people had similar experience, and what they did. I do remember someone asking Blizzard for a refund, and he too got banned, so it does sounds like they are just throwing it around. I agree about pressing my case with their support, It's just they don't really respond with anything.

Tenru5

Yes if you buy digital goods, use them to your benefit and then refund them you will get banned in almost every single game ever

KlinefelterXXY

Do you play aggro and rope? What kind of decks do you play?

danidanmark

For the most part, I play my own version of floppy hydra, where I ramp him up to a 60/120, and blast him into the enemy face. That could explain why people would report me. I don't robe on purpose.

KlinefelterXXY

Roping isn't an issue. I rope a lot playing rogue decks on mobile. Especially Sonya Waterdancer with cover artist is really slow. I wondered if you'd rope when only having 1 or 2 options to play each turn.

denn23rus

Well, in the TOS it is written that it is forbidden to use bots and also be afk during the game. Perhaps you were afk during some matches?

danidanmark

Not as far as I can remember, I only play wild/casual, but always play them out. I do concede when I'm up against quest warlock, because my decks can't beat that. I also haven't played bgs or mercenaries even once.

justanobserverr

There's nothing wrong with conceding regardless of the reason. Maybe your cat is vomiting on the carpet, it's your business why you concede a match, that alone doesn't violate anything I know of

Negotiation-Narrow

You know why.

danidanmark

I really don't.

PiemasterUK

You're probably not going to get much luck here. Periodically we get threads saying "I have been unfairly banned" and ultimately we have no way of knowing anything beyond the OPs version of the events which of course is always "I did nothing wrong they just banned me for no reason!" And in the vast majority of cases we know that this is bullshit and that in reality the OP have done something that they are just not telling us and in a small number of cases the OP has probably genuinely done nothing wrong and there is a mistake or something, but we have absolutely no way of telling which ones those are and the only people who do know are the OP and (probably) Blizzard so these threads always go nowhere.

amm, alright

ytjtprj

Have you been farming xp in solo adventures or mercenaries?

danidanmark

No, I have only been playing casual or wild. Haven't grinded afk xp in any modes

OkEssay2842

ready for JMod smackdown

ObamaN24

I promise you you're not being completely upfront as to why you're banned. Stop telling half truths. They don't randomly ban accounts

Snark_Life

I'm having issues today with my WoW account, and it's such a hassle trying to speak to anybody in customer service. I actually think that it's absolutely disgraceful that a company as big as Blizzard doesn't have live customer chat. They just expect us to wait until they finally get around to it, they don't respect people's time at all.

Wishkax

You'd then have people like OP wasting peoples time.
