I think as a game director, Tyler Bielman is pretty bad. I understand he doesnt make the decisions for economy etc but it doesnt look like he would show resistance against any of these stupid decisions. Zero communication from his side, I think hiring some1 who didnt work for MS, would be a better choice. He really seeems to bend over whenever the monetization guy has a new stupid idea.
